We had an excellent experience at a hostel in a great location. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very helpful. We especially loved the gorgeous and zen reception area. our stay at Hostal Residencia Cardona was exactly what we expected and we would use it again.

Beach, supermarket, bus station are close, the staff was extra nice, giving me tips where to go and helping me to find mates for car hiring.

The walls are thin, I could here the man snoring in the room next to me and the noise of the street.

My room was always clean and there were an internet acces in public area.

Unfortunatelly, stuff did´t speak English. It´s not nessesary but it would be welcoming. The area was near the beach but there are some bars along the street and I was waken up every single night :(

The entire town of Arrecife is quite run down but it's got its charm in the narrow empty streets and abandoned buildings - Cardona fits in well into this landscape ;)

Ugly blankets and pistachio colour of the walls, everything was old (but clean) - I think still good for this price!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! For the price, I got great value and a comfortable room with a brand new bed. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the main beach and city center. But what really blew me away was the friendliness and humor of the staff. They went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed, and always made me laugh and smile whenever I interacted with them. Highly recommend!

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement.

Nice location, low price. Near to the supermarkets, restaurants, bus stations...A Very good choice for those who travel without car. The personals of the hotel are kind, patient, warm-hearted and can speak english.

The condition and the furniture of the room are mediocre, and it's not very quiet in the night. But camparing to the low price, nothing to complain.

I had a fantastic stay at this clean and affordable hotel. The staff at Hostal Residencia Cardona were really nice and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the old town. I really appreciated that Francisco took the time to give me a quiet room. it was a perfect three days. Highly recommend!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and its central location.

The decor in the common rooms and bedroms is a bit sterile and impersonal - not cosy. There was only one reading light in the bedroom and only one set of bath towels and no bath mat. Everything was provided for 1 person, even though the room was let for two people.
